Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Visit customers' residences to troubleshoot and introduce smart home technology.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Educate customers on how to utilize their technology and recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work environment and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently and remaining connected to the team.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: Clean record required.
• Schedule Flexibility: Able to travel as necessary; open to shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Ability:
  • Comfortable climbing ladders (up to 40 ft).
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Must meet and maintain a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer Focus: Build trust and create positive experiences.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing various challenges on the spot.
• Determination: Ability to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
• Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Salary Ranges Compensation: $25.25/Hour

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, and competencies; pay is influenced by the role's location and may change based on work location.
