Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do:
- Travel to customers' residences to diagnose and resolve issues while introducing them to smart home technology.
- Install DISH equipment and smart home products directly in customer homes.
- Guide customers on using their technology and suggest additional services when beneficial.
- Maintain a tidy work area and demonstrate a professional demeanor while ensuring teamwork remains a priority.

What You'll Need:
- Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record required.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as necessary, with flexible shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Physical Ability:
- Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
- Capability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must adhere to a weight limit of 335 lbs.
