Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Visit customers' homes to solve technical issues and introduce smart home technologies.
• Install DISH equipment and smart home products with precision and care.
• Educate customers on how to maximize their technology and recommend additional services when beneficial.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring professional interaction with customers.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential.
• Schedule Flexibility: Be open to travel and capable of working evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Ability:
• Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
• Capability to lift weights up to 70 lbs.
• Must meet and maintain a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer Focus: Build trust and create excellent experiences for customers.
• Problem-Solving: Address a variety of challenges effectively on the spot.
• Determination: Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and tight environments.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected tasks and changes smoothly.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $22.25/hour
