Key Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Visit customers' homes to resolve issues and introduce them to smart home technology.
• Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on using their technology while suggesting additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and uphold a professional demeanor, working independently yet staying connected with the team.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record.
• Flexibility: Willing to travel; available for shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Capability:
• Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
• Lifting capability of up to 70 lbs.
• Must meet and maintain a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-Centric: Build trust and foster a positive customer experience.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Address a variety of challenges effectively.
• Determination: Work in diverse environments, including tight spaces and various weather conditions.
• Adaptability: Handle unexpected tasks and changes with ease.

Salary: $18.75/hour
