Department Overview

As a Cable Installation Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional TV and Smart Home solutions to countless customers. We will equip you with the skills needed to create outstanding customer experiences while expanding technology access across American homes.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' residences.
• Guide customers through using their technology and suggest additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and professional demeanor while working independently and staying in touch with the team.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record required.
• Flexible Scheduling: Willingness to travel as necessary; ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Physical Abilities: Climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and maintain a weight within the 335 lb limit.
• Customer Focus: Build trust and deliver great customer experiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Address various challenges independently.
• Determination: Work effectively in confined spaces and various weather conditions.
• Adaptability: Navigate changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Salary: $25.50/hour
