Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will visit customers' homes to solve technical issues and introduce them to smart home technology.

• Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products within customers' residences.
• Educate customers on how to effectively use their technology and recommend additional services when beneficial.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while exhibiting a professional demeanor, working independently, yet staying connected with the team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is necessary.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel, with flexibility to work various shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Ability:
• Capability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Must comply with a 335 lb weight limit for safety purposes.
• Customer Focus: Cultivate trust and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve challenges as they arise.
• Determination: Work effectively in tight spaces and adverse weather conditions.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $22.25/Hour
