Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will visit customers' homes to resolve issues and introduce them to innovative technology.
- Install and service DISH equipment along with smart home products at customers' residences
- Guide customers on how to use their technology and suggest additional services when beneficial
- Maintain a tidy work environment while upholding a professional demeanor; work independently yet remain in communication with your team

Skills, Experience, and Requirements
What You'll Need:
- Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Physical Ability: Must be able to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift weights up to 70 lbs, and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs
- Customer Focus: Establish trust and create remarkable experiences for our customers
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively address a variety of challenges on the spot
- Determination: Comfortable working in tight spaces and varied weather conditions
