Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Visit customers' homes, troubleshoot issues, and educate them about smart home technology.
- Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home devices.
- Guide customers on how to use their technology and propose additional services when beneficial.
- Maintain a clean work area and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently yet staying connected with your team.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements
What You'll Need:
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel; ability to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Ability:
- Capable of climbing ladders (up to 40 ft).
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must meet and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs.
- Customer Focus: Build trust and create an exceptional experience.
- Problem-Solving: Address a variety of challenges on the spot.
- Determination: Work in tight spaces and all types of weather conditions.
