Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Visit customers' homes, troubleshoot issues, and educate them about smart home technology.
• Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home devices.
• Guide customers on how to use their technology and propose additional services when beneficial.
• Maintain a clean work area and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently yet staying connected with your team.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel; ability to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Ability:
• Capable of climbing ladders (up to 40 ft).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must meet and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs.
• Customer Focus: Build trust and create an exceptional experience.
• Problem-Solving: Address a variety of challenges on the spot.
• Determination: Work in tight spaces and all types of weather conditions.
