Cabinetry Draftsman - NESCO Resource : Job Details

• Responsibilities: Interpret architectural drawings to create 2D shop drawings using Microvellum (AutoCAD based software).
• Review Millwork and construction drawings to check for accuracy.
• Make corrections as necessary and communicate corrections to design team.
• Design and modify products utilizing Microvellum software. Microvellum can be trained on the job for the right individual.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to resolve project issues or delays within scope of authority assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates or higher degree preferred
• 5 years of experience with AutoCAD
• Proficient with Microvellum Software
• Demonstrate experience reviewing construction and Millwork documents.
• Prior experience working in Millwork prefered but can train the right individual.
• Prior experience working in kitchen or bath design a plus.
• Prior experience with construction drawings a plus.
• Must be able to manage time and be a self starting.
• Proficient in microsoft office applications ie. word, excel and outlook
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual contributor.
• Strong attention to detail
