Reports to: District Manager

The C-Store Manager MIT is responsible for day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, supervising employees and assistant managers, managing store profits, and controlling expenses such as labor, inventory, and cash shortages.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, motivating team members, resolving customer complaints, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, stocking merchandise, supervising staff, monitoring competitors' prices, completing daily paperwork, managing cash and inventory shrinkage, conducting meetings, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Travel up to 20% is required.
