The C-Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, supervising employees, and managing store profits and expenses such as labor, inventory, and cash shortages.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, motivating staff, resolving customer complaints, maintaining store appearance, managing inventory, monitoring competitors' fuel prices, completing daily paperwork, and enforcing company policies and safety standards.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 pounds, and travel may be up to 20%.
