Job Overview:

The C-Store Manager is responsible for day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising employees and assistant managers.

The C-Store Manager oversees store profits and all controllable expenses, including labor, inventory levels, and cash and inventory shortages.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Motivate and encourage store team members.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of merchandise.
• Supervise and discipline employees according to company policy.
• Monitor competitor gasoline prices and report to the corporate office.
• Complete daily paperwork and computer entries timely.
• Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs daily.
• Conduct monthly store meetings with employees.
• Perform all duties of a store team member physically.
• Understand daily store operations reporting.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Implement monthly promotions and ensure POS signage is correctly posted.
• Address merchandise pricing issues with the Price Book Administrator.
• Enforce merchandising, vendor policies, safety, and security protocols.
• Report and process incidents or accidents following company procedures.
