Job Overview:

The C-Store Manager is responsible for day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising employees and assistant manager(s). The role also involves managing store profits and all controllable expenses such as labor, inventory levels, and cash and inventory shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Motivate and lead store team members.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels.
• Manage merchandise displays, pricing, and safety standards.
• Supervise and discipline employees according to company policy.
• Monitor competitor gas prices and report to management.
• Complete daily paperwork and data entry efficiently.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs.
• Conduct regular store meetings with staff.
• Perform all duties of a store team member as needed.
• Understand and utilize daily store operation reports.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Implement monthly promotions and ensure proper signage and advertising.
• Coordinate with the Price Book Administrator regarding merchandise pricing.
• Enforce safety and security policies and report hazards or incidents.
