C# .NET Developer (No Sponsorship/ No Remote) - Town Fair Tire : Job Details

Town Fair Tire is seeking a C# .NET Developer with strong SQL Server development skills to join a mid-sized team working on new Web and Windows Applications, as well as maintaining existing applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with team members, including Product, QA, and Implementations, to deliver high-quality solutions. The role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting various applications to meet business requirements and deliver value. Daily activities include analysis, coding, design, and testing collaboration. Interaction within the team is highly collaborative. Primary Responsibilities: Analyze complex tasks and projects, providing design documentation as needed. Work with team leads and product owners to understand business needs. Collaborate with team members, QA, and product owners in an Agile environment to deliver efficient solutions. Ensure applications are performant, high-quality, and responsive. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs. Provide accurate estimates for tasks. Maintain organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. Apply analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Work independently and as part of a team with self-motivation. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher; Computer Science preferred, or relevant experience. Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, and OOP principles. 2-4 years of application development experience. 2-4 years' experience with C# .NET, , . 2-4 years' experience with SQL Server 2016 or higher (SQL creation, table design, views, stored procedures). 2-4 years' experience with REST, SOAP, Web Services. Experience with Visual Studio and source control (Git preferred). Experience developing web APIs. Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike, Trello, or Jira is preferred. Understanding of scalable application design principles. Experience working successfully in an Agile environment. Excellent communication skills. Experience with shell scripting languages like bash, PowerShell, or cmd is a plus.
