Job Description BYU Ticket Office Clerk We are looking for energetic and friendly candidates to join the BYU Ticket Office team! If you are looking for a flexible part-time job with lots of variety, you have found it. Apply today. What you'll do in this position:

• Sell tickets and provide customer support for most on-campus sporting and fine arts events
• Assist customers with online purchases
• Primarily work on the phone, with additional support via email and text during office hours
• Work evening events to offer in-person customer service and sell tickets

What qualifies you for this role: Required:

• Must enjoy working with people
• Ability to think logically to solve problems
• Flexible schedule with office shifts between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM
• Availability to work evenings during campus events
• Fun, fast-paced office environment with varied work assignments
• Work takes place at the Marriott Center, Harris Fine Arts Center, and other ticket office outlets during events

Preferred:

• Previous experience with customer service and selling tickets for events
