Provide support and guidance related to Sales and Trade expenses, IT/Siebel/SAP/Customer Profitability initiatives, and financial forecasts to ensure functional access, process execution, and accurate reporting.
Role Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesManage Brokerage reporting and reconciliation. Maintain SAP rate tables to ensure accurate recording, facilitate monthly brokerage payments, resolve reconciliation issues, track Bonus Brokerage performance metrics, and provide data to IT for Customer Profitability reporting.
Develop and maintain monthly Brokerage forecasts providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
Partner with Field Sales, Finance, and business partners to process/facilitate Sales-related payments to 3rd party vendors. Ensure ongoing compliance with SOX controls and CHD policies and procedures. Partner with Deduction Management team to support implementation of corrective action when necessary.
Reconcile ledger activity and prepare/book relevant accounting entries for Brokerage, SGA, and related Trade accounts.
Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits related to Sales and Sales Finance payments and processes.
Support SG&A actualization and forecasting for Sales teams. Facilitate reporting to integrate results into Customer Profitability.
Partner with Sales, Sales Finance, and IT partners to administer customer/broker alignments in Siebel/THOR, identify and remediate reconciliation issues, and support THOR enhancement projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Accounting, Promotion Payments) to implement improvements to align strategies, optimize business process execution, and ensure appropriate financial reporting. Participate SAP/S4Hana upgrades and Power User forums.
Key contact for Sales and cross-functional partners that supports collaboration, information sharing, best practices, and process compliance.
Ad-hoc analysis as needed for ongoing Sales, Sales Finance, and cross-functional projects.
Education and ExperienceBS/BA degree from an accredited college/university required
3-5 years experience in Finance/Accounting or Sales Operations, preferably in a CPG environment.
Microsoft Excel and Power BI experience required.
Siebel and SAP a plus.
Strong IT acumen
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $58,500 - 83,300. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
