Business Unit Manager - CiresiMorek : Job Details

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven success managing a product P&L
• 5+ years' experience in Sales, Program, or Product Management
• Ability to travel to meet current prospective customers

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA degree
• Experience in the aerospace industry

The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for a specific product line within the business unit, including driving sales results and achieving key performance indicators. The successful candidate will be capable of leading cross-functional teams consisting of members from Operations, Engineering, and Sales.

• Manage a specific product line in terms of overall profit and loss
• Become a subject matter expert and forecast market trends
• Monitor financial metrics, which include revenue, margin audits, and budget management
• Develop existing customer relationships and seek opportunities to build upon those businesses
• Identify potential customers and foster relationships for future growth
• Deliver Quarterly reviews to executive leadership
