Business Transformation Director (Internal Consulting)
Job Summary
Omnicell is establishing an internal task force to solve high-stakes business challenges and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This task force operates like an internal consulting firm, engaging deeply with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver clarity, momentum, and results where they're needed most. Its mandate is to accelerate progress on company-defining initiatives-from organizational transformation to business model shifts, product pivots, and everything in between.
As a Business Transformation Director, you'll lead and support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that matter most to the business. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, working closely with senior leadership to design and lead mission-critical transformation programs-from diagnosing complex business challenges to driving execution and realizing measurable value.
You'll be at the center of the action-trusted to work on the highest-priority initiatives, exposed to the company's most senior leaders, and given a platform to make a meaningful difference. You'll also get a fast-tracked view of the business, setting you up for future leadership roles inside Omnicell.

Responsibilities
Strategic advisory
Structure ambiguous problems and develop data-driven, actionable solutions
Conduct business analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning to inform decisions
Lead enterprise transformation initiatives
Drive high-priority programs including process redesign, operating model changes, and strategic growth initiatives.
Act as program owner, ensuring initiatives deliver on scope, timeline, and value realization commitments.
Drive accountability and track progress to ensure projects deliver tangible outcomes.
Bridge strategy and execution
Translate executive vision into actionable plans, aligning cross-functional teams and embedding sustainable change.
Serve as a trusted advisor
Engage senior stakeholders with clear insights, structured problem-solving, and data-backed recommendations.
Establish the internal consulting function
Help define methodologies and ways of working; set a high standard for analytical rigor and operational excellence.
Develop capability and pipeline
Identify opportunities to build a scalable consulting and execution capability within the enterprise.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or similar roles.
Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, manage stakeholders, and influence outcomes.
Strong analytical toolkit: Excel modeling, PowerPoint/Slides, data synthesis.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and insights.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or similar roles.
Professional experience at a top-tier consulting firm
Experience working with (or as part of) executive leadership teams
Proven track record leading transformation initiatives-from strategic design through execution and value realization.
