Business Systems Manager - Medline Industries : Job Details

Set the strategic direction of business systems design and development for the division. Update, enhance and/or develop new business systems to be used by internal SPT users, clinicians, sales or SPT customers by working between Information Systems and SPT.

Job responsibilities include:

• Represent the business's priorities and needs to Information Systems. Develop an IS work plan for the year based on business priorities. Manage each project throughout the year from concept, designing, testing, training, communication and implementation.
• Develop high level requirement specifications to gain programming time and cost estimates; Analyze and identify the savings (ROI) generated by enhanced or new functions being requested.
• Develop with IS the design specifications for each change, test, train appropriate individuals and implement any new or enhanced system.
• Develop material and train Sales Rep Phase Training classes 1 through 4 on Med-Pack. Conduct Sales Rep Webinars for continued training each quarter. Present Med-Pack to Customers, GPOs.
• Review and prioritize all system change requests for all SPT business systems software applications.
• Assist National Accounts in presenting Med-Pack to GPOs in helping the customer see the benefits in using Med-Pack for managing their pack program's inventory, vendors and change process.
• Provide Med-Pack user administrator and support and process all new user, internal and external, set ups.
• Develop automated pricing formularies with Sales Operations.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience:

• At least 3 years minimum of project management experience.

Additional:

• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to successfully apply standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to business problems with multiple variables.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
• Ability to apply concepts of algebra and business statistics.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $115,440.00 - $173,160.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
