Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid | Smyrna | Contract-to-Hire)

Fast-paced, growing organization seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support key initiatives and optimize business processes through smart tech solutions.

Key Duties:

• Analyze and understand core workflows and business functions
• Recommend improvements using new/existing technologies
• Lead discovery, define scope, gather/translate requirements
• Create epics, features, user stories, and tasks (Agile)
• Develop clear specs, mockups, wireframes, and process flows
• Use data-driven insights to improve operations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in enterprise settings
• Strong in requirements gathering, process mapping (as-is/to-be)
• Skilled in test case planning and execution
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with Visio, Lucid, or similar BPM tools
• Bachelor's in Business, IT, MIS, or related field
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Hybrid schedule in Smyrna. Initial 6-month contract with potential to hire. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
