RETORT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE, GLEN, MS - Utilizes considerable judgment and provides leadership when managing retort operations, reporting requirements, and maintenance needs. Strives to maintain and improve the system to meet or exceed all required operations and product specifications (e.g., production rates, product quality, safety, environmental). Works in a way that contributes to the plants team-based environment, ensuring compliance with and contributing to safety and environmental guidelines/practices at the plant. In this role, you will:Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate the Dozer and performs work in transporting Hog fuel (wood bark and chips) around the Hog fuel pile. This includes scraping and dozing loose material and cutting roads of compacted material throughout the pile. Effectively operates hog fuel unloading system including but not limited to truck dump, walking floor trailer and sizing and grinding system.
