Job Description :

Pay rate range - $88/hr. to $92/hr. on W2

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ, USA - Work Schedule: 4 days onsite as of now

Top Must Have Skills:

1. Project Leadership Experience

2. Strategic Planning / Corporate Strategy

3. Outstanding verbal and written, structured communication

4. Excel and PowerPoint experience a must

5+ years of project management/leadership and related experience

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Education:

o Must have: Undergraduate in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance (related to Business)

A master's degree in business (incl. MBA), or a related field is strongly preferred

Years of experience:

o 3-5 years experience as a strategic and problem-solving thinker who can turn strategic objectives into successful projects

o 3-5+ years of business project leadership/management or related experience (direct PMO experience preferred)

o Experience working in consulting or internal strategy/planning roles required

o Experience working in Consumer Electronics (especially TV) is strongly preferred

o Experience working in Sales a bonus

Responsibilities:

Strategic Projects:

• Own and drive business projects to completion, from aligning on clear objectives, through working with multiple stakeholders, conducting analyses, and delivering actual business impact

• Includes Business Case Development: Create business cases, financial analyses, and ROI assessments based on the understanding of capabilities, financial principles, and strategic insights

• Create strategic communications for internal and external audiences

• Formulate in-depth strategic insights/foresight and thought leadership on the electronics industry, channel, and consumer trends

• Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis to support planning initiatives

• Develop new business models & partnerships that will drive the growth of business in the US

Program Management:

• Determine and refine project scope and objectives in a multi-stakeholder environment

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables

• Facilitate communication between multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives, progress, etc.

Sales Operations:

• Support the Sales Operations team as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior consulting / strategic planning experience is strongly preferred

• Background in corporate strategy, strategic planning, consulting

• Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with large amount of diverse stakeholders across functions

• Highly advanced excel and PowerPoint skills

• Demonstrated strategic thinker who can turn strategic objectives into practical action

• Ability to efficiently scope and execute concrete strategic initiatives

• Experience in leading and coordinating multi-functional teams with diverse interests toward shared objectives
