What You'll Do:

  • Be the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, and distribution to keep projects moving and relationships thriving.
  • Prepare and process customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround.
  • Track quotes from start to finish, proactively resolving any issues that pop up.
  • Coordinate with vendors to process competitive pricing and purchasing details.
  • Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Help onboard new accounts in partnership with the sales team.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing inventory of raw materials and office/warehouse supplies.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or related field).
