Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000/year

• Serve as a key legal advisor to clients, crafting tailored business strategies and legal solutions.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, service contracts, and private placement memorandums.
• Lead commercial real estate transactions from start to finish - including leases, purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, and deeds.
• Manage mergers and acquisitions, overseeing due diligence, structuring, and closing documentation.
• Provide expert guidance on commercial lease agreements and related negotiations.
• Maintain meticulous case files and client records, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues in weekly legal strategy meetings and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in business and real estate transactional law.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Licensed to practice law in California; ongoing legal education in Business Law is a plus.
