Business Process Owner The Aebi Schmidt Group is a World-Class Specialty Vehicles Leader, Positioned to Accelerate Growth and Drive Exceptional Value. The Business Process Owner - North America is central to Aebi Schmidt's SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation in North America. This role will shape and implement the purchasing and warehouse Business processes across all North American ASH facilities. The OneERP program is a multi-year, multi-site rollout deployment of a template SAP solution. Responsibilities Business Process Ownership

• Understand and lead adoption of established template business processes deployed in the SAP S/4 public cloud solution for Aebi-Schmidt North America
• Interface with key and end users at the manufacturing sites to educate and optimize the business process to ensure best practices are followed and business process is adhered to.
• Work with manufacturing sites to identify and resolve business requirement fit gaps within the scope of the template SAP S/4 solution.

Project Execution

• Act as leader for the deployment program in the areas of EWM and PTP helping to ensure value stream tasks are completed on time in the responsible value stream
• Interact directly with the SI partner in the areas of PTP and EWM to ensure project remains on time and in budget.
• Interface with the local process owners at the manufacturing site to communicate the scope of the solution and ensure business understands the template and can perform the associated business processes effectively.
• Execute testing of the solution to ensure business processes perform correctly and successfully
• Provide training to key and end users in the key areas of responsibility (EWM and PTP)
• Assist in data migration overall, and responsible specifically for successful migration of purchasing and inventory related data objects
• Support cutover activities to ensure successful continuous operation of the business. Full support engagement during hypercare period.
• Document business processes and ensure work instructions are accurate and up to date

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP, specifically in the areas of inventory management, material movements, and purchasing.
• In depth knowledge of SAP EWM (extended warehouse management) and functional knowledge of purchasing processes required.
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP data migration tools, specifically DataSphere or S/4HANA Migration Cockpit is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, verbal and written.
• demonstrated project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and execute process improvements either as an individual contributor or team leader.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
