This position contributes to our vision by:

Designing, updating, reengineering, and improving processes supporting business vision and strategy.

Identifying, designing, updating, and documenting processes based on business vision, with a goal of process alignment and buy-off from all impacted BUs; objective is to align processes as much as possible between all BUs.

Based on a Best Value for Money and standard COTS approaches, identifying, defining, and designing processes or part of the processes to be supported by the Information System.

Ensuring business savings (ROI) are provided for Projects/Change Requests the BPO is responsible for.

Validating and helping formalize business requirements.

Contributing to Enterprise Architecture analysis & simplification.

Communicating details of the processes to the Business organization (for execution) and supporting continuous improvement initiatives affecting those processes.

Formalizing operating principles, As Is and To Be processes and organization.

Organizing and managing an international network of Key Users and Business Leads through Team Building animation (workshops, Business Process Reengineering, conf calls, etc.) with support of SAP Module Leader.

When assigned to be the project leader of a specific project:

Following up and ensuring project completion within defined schedule and budget.

Defining project deployment strategy.

Managing the project team in coordination with hierarchical managers and Business Project Leads.

Education and/or Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
