Business Process Integration Manager - Kevin's Natural Foods : Job Details

Responsible for aligning end-to-end business process workflows with SAP system functionality as part of the stabilization and early optimization of S4 HANA implementation. This role is critical in ensuring cross-functional integration, user readiness, and data integrity across operations, planning, supply chain, and finance. This role will be instrumental in organizational change management, coordinating system cutover activities, facilitating hypercare triage, and developing scalable governance of business process improvements. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to map key processes, drive development of training collateral, and mentor users through the change adoption curve – leading the organization to sustained excellence!

What You'll Do:

· Serve as the primary business liaison between functional teams and IT resources during early go-live activities to ensure system workflows are stable and aligned to business needs.

· Support resolution of post-go-live issues, process gaps and system configuration needs in coordination with business and technical owners.

· Lead efforts to document and optimize real-world business process flows as they operate in SAP, identifying opportunities for simplification or control improvements.

· Own data governance strategy. Work with business teams to create and maintain master data in the system as required.

· Drive process ownership and accountability by facilitating cross-functional process governance reviews.

· Support evolution of user roles structures, enabling cleaner handoffs, appropriate system access, and long-term segregation of duties.

· Collaborate with SAP partners to ensure reporting, visibility, and auditability of critical business transactions.

· Own training documentation development, process mapping, knowledge transfer, and internal communications to support sustained adoption.

· Partner with business teams to build current state business process flow diagrams, prioritize and implement system-enabled process optimization and improvements.

· Own strategic change management initiatives, new facility integration, capability expansion, future state process flow diagrams.

· Facilitate change documentation and process traceability in alignment with audit, compliance, and system maintenance needs.

· Support other system and process administration duties as assigned.

· Performs all duties in accordance with safety, Quality, and USDA rules and regulations.

What You'll Need:

· 5+ years of experience in ERP-related business operations, systems integration, or process ownership.

· Experience supporting SAP go-live and stabilization efforts strongly preferred.

· Familiarity with S/4 HANA system workflows and cross-functional process impacts.

· Excellent cross-functional facilitation and communication skills.

· Strong process documentation and issue resolution skills.

· Knowledge of internal controls, change management, and user role governance concepts.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
