Apply now: Business Process Analyst , location is Hybrid 3 days onsite . The start date is ASAP for this contract position. Job Title: Business Process Analyst Location-Type: Hybrid 3 days onsite Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: Contract 12 months Compensation Range: $69.00-$76.00/hr Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and workflows to find inefficiencies or gaps Facilitate process discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather objectives and challenges
• Develop process documentation (flowcharts, SOPs, diagrams)
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to design and implement improvements
• Gather and document business requirements, aligning them with project goals
• Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) Assist with system implementations/enhancements, including testing, training, and change adoption
• Evaluate new processes, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure outcomes
• Support continuous improvement efforts across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or business systems analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, etc.)
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work across all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Nice to Have (Preferred):
• Certifications: CBPA, Six Sigma, or similar
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP) Experience in change management or organizational transformation
• Exposure to business architecture or enterprise architecture tools
