About the Role

The Continuous Improvement Leader will play a pivotal role in promoting and nurturing Continuous Improvement (CI) capabilities throughout the organization. You will lead a variety of initiatives aligned with company goals, acting as an influential change agent for lean process improvements and enhancing the capabilities of our people and systems. This position will encourage a thriving culture of continuous improvement, facilitating the education and application of CI tools across the organization.

As the Continuous Improvement Leader, your focus will be on operationalizing daily work improvements within the company culture, achieving measurable and sustainable business efficiencies while fostering relationships across all levels. You will tackle complex issues related to non-manufacturing processes throughout Primient.

This role will also involve mentoring and supporting both business leaders and improvement team members to embed continuous improvement programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, coach, and train Green Belts and project team members.
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, serving as a leader in Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Plan and manage a portfolio of process improvement initiatives utilizing recognized methodologies and tools.
  • Conduct process improvement projects and ongoing assessments related to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Act as a change agent to foster a daily culture of work improvement throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate process improvement and strategic goal-setting sessions within the organization.
  • Drive data collection and analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to integrate initiatives and promote collaborative organizational learning.
  • Analyze opportunities and guide actions for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Propose and implement impactful process improvements.
  • Establish a continuous improvement monitoring system by identifying trends and process variations.
  • Assist in developing company-wide continuous improvement strategies.
  • Support decision-making processes through data interpretation from a lean perspective.
  • Standardize and share best-in-class continuous improvement practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification.

Experience:

Requires 3 or more years of experience leading complex Continuous Improvement projects across various business units. A proven track record in using CI methodology and tools is essential, and experience in leading or managing CI teams is preferred.

Total Rewards:

The annual pay range for this position is estimated at $115,324.80 - $144,156.00 and is eligible for bonus opportunities. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as your experience, skills, and alignment with role responsibilities. There will be an opportunity during the interview process to discuss how your background aligns with the pay range.
