Regional Supervisor Role
This leadership position oversees the operations, safety, systems, and growth of employees and business for a region of five to eight restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops Restaurant Managers to effectively manage a singular restaurant through coaching and mentoring.
- Communicates company goals, expectations, and initiatives to Restaurant Managers.
- Leads high-performing Management Team Members through training, performance management, and development.
- Promotes an environment where guest satisfaction is a priority.
- Maintains compliance with Company, Brand, State, and Federal requirements.
- Resolves issues in a timely manner.
