Business Operations Analyst Location: Hanover, MD or Quantico, VAJob Type: Full-TimeClearance Required: Secret SummaryWe are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support the mid-level operational and administrative needs of a federal agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for internal process support, stakeholder communication, and office management in a secure environment. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities• Coordinate office operations, schedule meetings, and track actions and deadlines.• Support investigative and program management tasks.• Assist with quarterly metrics, reporting, and budget preparation.• Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external agencies.• Maintain organizational tools such as SharePoint, distribution lists, and task trackers.• Provide internal communication and documentation support.• Coordinate facility needs, training events, and property management. Minimum Qualifications• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience.• Skills:o Excellent organizational and administrative capabilitieso Effective interpersonal and communication skillso Proficiency with Microsoft Office productso Knowledge of federal administrative processes and task management Clearance• Active Secret clearance required at time of application. Education• Bachelor's degree required• In lieu of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted. Hours of Operation• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time• No remote work authorized; ad hoc telework permitted with prior approval.
