Business Loan Processor - iAdvance Now : Job Details

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually commensurate with experience

• Collect and review client documents for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare loan packages for submission to lenders
• Track loan files and manage the processing pipeline
• Communicate with lenders to follow up on files, conditions, and approvals
• Work with clients to gather any additional documentation needed
• Maintain accurate notes in CRM or loan management systems
• Help troubleshoot and escalate files when necessary

• 1+ years of experience in commercial loan processing, mortgage loan processing or bank loan processing
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up ability
• Experience using CRM tools and basic digital document systems
• Knowledge of underwriting and lender guidelines is a plus
