Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing databases that promote efficient workflows and comply with regulatory specifications. - Supporting data-driven performance improvement projects within the health system. - Preparing reports and Tableau dashboards, and presenting findings to system leaders and teams. - Managing data-driven projects and assisting in identifying critical issues and developing solutions using PDCA and Lean methodologies. - Collaborating effectively as part of a team while ensuring maximum utilization of technology to enhance work systems. Qualifications REQUIRED - Bachelors degree in statistics, business, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative analysis field, or equivalent experience. - Advanced skills in Python, Tableau, SQL, R, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint. - At least 2 years of experience in clinical data analytics, statistics, and quality measures. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced analytical and quantitative skills. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Project management skills. - Excellent understanding of industry-specific issues, regulatory requirements, and current trends in the healthcare industry. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment. - Capability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet departmental goals. - Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail. - Experience leading complex, system-wide projects. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. PREFERRED - MBA or Masters degree in quantitative analytical fields. - Over 3 years of experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau. - More than 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry. - At least 1 year of experience in data science (AI/ML), data management, and analysis. - Over 1 year of project management experience.
