Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives that advance the organizations P&C priorities. Partner with P&C leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic projects are aligned to business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. Support M&A integration efforts within P&C, ensuring people, processes, and systems are aligned. Develop and execute change management strategies to enable smooth adoption of new processes, structures, and tools across related projects and P&C groups. Identify and manage risks and dependencies across multiple programs in the P&C domain.
