A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Partner to bolster its expanding immigration practice. This is a strategic opportunity for a seasoned attorney with deep subject-matter expertise and a robust client portfolio to take on a leadership role within a collaborative, ambitious, and forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide sophisticated legal counsel on complex employment-based immigration matters, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions (E-1/2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1/2/3), adjustment of status, and compliance strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients across a wide range of industries, delivering practical guidance on evolving immigration policies, risk mitigation, and workforce mobility.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop proactive immigration strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior attorneys and staff within the immigration practice - with an enthusiastic and inspirational approach to leadership.
• Drive business development initiatives by leveraging your existing network and cultivating new opportunities for practice growth.
