Business Director Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and ensuring all employees follow company policies and procedures, managing benefit enrollment, orientation, and HR compliance.
  • Supporting HR functions to help leadership achieve goals through personnel management, including records, orientation, retention, leave, and recruitment assistance.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, infection control).
  • Preparing census changes, processing payments, statements, and resident renewals; managing accounts payable.
  • Maintaining employee records and managing direct reports.
  • Verifying and submitting timecards and tracking PTO.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field, with two (2) years of experience in business office functions, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years in business office management, finance, or accounting preferred.
