Business Development Representative – Life Sciences Recruitment
My client is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to lead sales efforts within the Life Sciences recruitment space. The ideal candidate will have proven success in business development, strong knowledge of recruitment, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospects.
- Develop proposals and presentations for decision makers.
- Build and maintain key client relationships with strategic account plans.
- Generate forecasts, client quotes, and status reports.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee post-recruitment activities to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales and placement targets.
- Prospect new territories through calls, outreach, and site visits.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams on resume submissions and client delivery.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in recruitment within Life Sciences.
- Knowledge of engineering and validation disciplines preferred.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Background check and drug screen required.
