Business Development Manager (Litigation)Location: New York, NY | Hybrid (3 Days In-Office) Full-Time | Exempt Salary: $150,000 - $175,000+ (Commensurate with Experience) What You'll Do:
- Lead business development efforts for the litigation practice, working closely with key partners and the broader BD team.
- Oversee strategy for pitches, credentials, thought leadership, and litigation league table submissions (no RFP responsibility).
- Provide competitive insights and market intelligence to guide positioning and client targeting.
- Serve as a strategic partner to attorneys and integrate cross-practice marketing initiatives.
- Track ROI on business development efforts and report outcomes to leadership.
What You'll Bring:
- At least 5 years of litigation business development or marketing experience in a law firm.
- Deep understanding of litigation trends, client expectations, and market positioning.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently and think proactively.
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or legal marketing experience highly preferred.
- Strong candidates at the Senior Specialist level will be considered.
