The business has been well established for over a decade with customers in over 30 countries and has found back-to-back growth YoY, particularly in the US. Job Description

• Responsible for generating new business- Industrial/Academic/Government & expansion of the customer base through direct customer visits and flawless project management
• Develop and execute both short- and long-term business development and marketing strategies aimed at achieving the company's growth and profitability objectives.
• Lead high-level business development initiatives, including prospecting, meeting with potential clients, delivering presentations on company capabilities, negotiating contracts, and managing the end-to-end process of onboarding new clients.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to target organizations for products & services.
• Collaborate closely with the scientific research team to ensure that potential and existing clients receive a seamless and responsive experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and outreach to prospective clients; maintain strong relationships with existing and past clients.

• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Scientist position, specifically within gene therapy or cell, and a high level of technical and professional expertise
• Strong business acumen and ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
