Business Development Manager - Central/ Eastern Europe (Full Time - Remote)

The Collective Ace Group is a one-stop Service Hub in the Gaming industry, providing the best-in-class services for our clients with all the convenience of a one-stop solution. We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Manager for European markets to support us with our M&A efforts. In the following role, you will be working closely with our Head of Business Development based in Barcelona and other members of the BD and Corporate Teams.

Area of Responsibility:

  • Be the driving force behind strategic projects in the European markets working closely with the Central BD Team / M&A Team
  • Own the process from lead generation, through contact establishment to building a strong pipeline. Be able to convert leads into Group members
  • Leverage your existing network of contacts to create growth opportunities
  • Be structured and manage deal-flow in CRM
  • Advocate for The Collective Ace's vision and feel comfortable/at ease conveying it to C-level individuals and Founders in the gaming industry. Be their trusted conversation partner, able to understand their business needs
  • Always be aware of industry trends, market developments and changes in your network

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in the video gaming or tech industry in the area of Business Development or Sales
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) in English, second language is a plus
  • Proven track record of building relationships and successfully closing business deals
  • Ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a global team of professionals
  • Ability to act fast, be structured, self-motivated and stay focused on delivering goals
  • Ability to work well independently and with a group
  • Experience presenting to an executive-level audience is a plus
