Venture Solar is hiring a Business Development Leader.A Business Development Leader is not a lead generation role where you will be asked to knock on doors or cold call. We are seeking experienced sales representatives who are closers with a successful track record and are looking for an environment to succeed..Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments for you to meet with homeowners and close deals with the best products and services in the industry.We view solar sales as an educational process, understanding that switching to solar is an emotional decision. We focus on helping customers understand how solar works and where the financing comes from, to ensure transparency and trust.What you'll bring:

• Sales experience - Required
• Outside sales (In-home sales) - preferred
• Solar experience – welcomed
