Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Local Candidates Only)

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Hybrid – In-office 1–2 days/week

Employment Type: Permanent (No Consulting / C2C)

We are a growing IT Staffing & Consulting organization dedicated to delivering top talent and staffing solutions to our clients. We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in winning new business within IT staffing services.

Position Summary:

This role requires a true sales hunter—someone who thrives on generating leads, acquiring new logos, and closing staffing deals. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, be committed to long-term growth with our organization, and be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with the ability to work in the office 1–2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing and consulting services.
  • Generate and close new client accounts (New Logo acquisition).
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Local to Dallas–Fort Worth, TX and willing to be in the office 1–2 days a week.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in IT staffing services business development.
  • Strong hunter mentality with success in new client acquisition.
  • Stable and consistent work history (no short-term/consulting assignments).
  • Ability to commit 40 hours/week to our organization exclusively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing local client network in the DFW market.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.
