Job Description :
Drive new business growth and meet annual sales targets. Identify and engage new enterprise clients and channel partners, including Fortune 1000 companies, background screening firms, TPAs, distributors, and OEMs. Lead outreach initiatives and represent Abbott at industry events and tradeshows. Manage your sales pipeline and opportunities using Salesforce.com and other tools. Required Qualifications. Bachelors degree 7 years of sales or business development experience with large, complex clients (e.g., Fortune 1000, Integrated Health Networks)Proven success in prospecting and winning new business (Hunter mindset)Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%, including overnight. Strong solution-selling and contract negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications. Experience in workplace drug testing, occupational health services, background screening, human capital management, or healthcare.
