Business Development Executive MDU Communities South Florida | Hybrid Work Model Celerity Fiber is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

About the Role As a Business Development Executive, youll be the powerhouse behind expanding Celerity Fibers footprint across MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) communities.
Youll own the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects to sealing high-value deals all while building strong, lasting relationships with property developers and managers.
This role is perfect for someone whos passionate about technology, driven by results, and excited to work with best-in-class fiber networks.
What Youll Do Sales and Revenue Growth Exceed sales targets by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the MDU space.
Develop tailored sales strategies that unlock revenue potential across assigned territories.
Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce) and ensure rigorous follow-up and conversion.
Cross-sell and upsell services to maximize client value.
Client Relationship Building Build and nurture relationships with property developers, property managers, and decision-makers.
Deliver consultative, ROI-driven presentations for our Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP) solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Expansion and Prospecting Identify and prioritize high-growth markets and new business opportunities.
Represent Celerity Fiber at industry events, networking opportunities, and key client meetings.
Stay sharp on competitive trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
Performance and Reporting Track and report performance against KPIs, using insights to continuously improve sales tactics.
Partner with the sales leadership team to drive strategic initiatives.
Proactively troubleshoot sales challenges and find creative solutions to close deals faster.
What You Bring Required Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related fields. 3+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in Telecommunications or MDU environments (Fiber experience strongly preferred).
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Preferred Familiarity with FTTP (Fiber-to-the-Premises) technology.
Existing relationships within the MDU sector.
Experience presenting complex technology solutions to executive-level decision-makers.
