Riverview Capital Advisers (“Riverview”) was established in 2006 to meet the wealth management needs of ultra-high net worth individuals and families We strive to build long-term relationships with our clients by delivering comprehensive multi-family office services. AndrewHunter Advisers (“AHA”) was formed in 2019 to serve high-net worth and affluent clients with financial planning and wealth management. Our client relationships are based on trust, knowledge, and superior delivery of services on an ongoing basis.

About the Role

Riverview and AHA are seeking a Client Development Director to join the wealth management team. You will prospect for and develop high-net worth and ultra-high net worth prospective client relationships. You will collaborate with the wealth management team to create customized wealth management solutions for individuals, families, and businesses.

This is an opportunity for someone to join a growing firm and continue to gain exposure to investment management, estate planning, tax planning, retirement planning, and all aspects of managing wealth for affluent individuals and families.

Day to Day

• Focus on developing new client opportunities in Riverview/AHA's target market
• Transition prospective opportunities into new client engagements
• Collaborating with the Riverview/AHA team to deliver wealth management and investment advisory solutions

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to originate clients, develop new business, and sales
• Proven ability to design and execute transformational growth strategies, with exceptional skills in high level strategic relationship management
• BA/BS required, CFP, CFA, and/or MBA is a plus
• 3-5 years investment and/or wealth management experience
• Strong financial and analytical skills, advanced Excel
• Self-starter, problem solver and goal oriented
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver on a timely basis
• Able to work independently and as part of wealth management team while developing relationships
• Well organized with strong attention to detail
• Understanding of capital markets
• Full time in office unless meeting with prospective clients
