Director of Digital Marketing at BeaconFire Inc.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain trust-based relationships with client hiring managers, drive business expansion, and ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of IT staffing processes and a passion for client engagement and growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client hiring managers and vendor account managers.
  • Oversee a high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent delivery against client staffing requirements, providing timely and tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Drive business expansion by proactively identifying new opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging warm leads, while maintaining active engagement with both new and existing clients.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to solidify relationships, address challenges, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build a network of industry contacts to generate referrals, gather market intelligence, and identify new business leads, contributing to the growth of the organization.
  • Ensure timely communication of urgent business matters to all relevant stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client and candidate inquiries with professionalism and efficiency to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the US IT Staffing Industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage with clients at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven success in business development and account management, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of IT business, sales, and recruitment processes from contract negotiations to closures.
