Founded in 2018, JST is a crypto-native financial services firm specializing in market making, treasury management services, and principal investments. We have a global team of ~35 professionals spread between Singapore, North America, and Europe.

Our clients include some of the biggest names in crypto including top-tier token foundations, leading centralized and decentralized exchanges, crypto-native companies, and High Net Worth Individuals. About the role:

You will serve as an instrumental member of JST's business development team helping to grow our various business lines including market making, treasury management services, and bespoke partnerships. This individual will have the opportunity to work on high impact projects and interact directly with clients and senior management. The ideal candidate is an aggressive learner who aspires to become a subject matter expert and trusted partner to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for JST's current and prospective clients
• Build and help structure proposals for new business opportunities and partnerships
• Coordinate between sales, trading, technology and operations to help ensure successful delivery of current client initiatives
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify existing and emerging business opportunities across the crypto landscape
• Assist with building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
• Help perform data analysis on behalf of clients and internal stakeholders
• Travel as necessary domestically and internationally to support JST's in-person outreach and marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a client facing financial services role (crypto or non-crypto)
• Top-notch communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Demonstrated interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets and financial markets
• Strong math and quantitative skills with a basic knowledge of options
• Working proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
• Bonus: proficiency in Python
• Undergraduate University Degree
• Location: New York
• Salary Range: $80-$125k depending on experience. Candidate is also eligible for discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance
