With over 10 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, who can quickly analyze existing systems and integrations. Expertise lies in defining clear business rules for new application integration projects. Technical Skills:

• Ten or more years of experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Analytical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Databases [Sybase, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL & Snowflake] and Programming languages like Python, Pyspark.
• Proficiency in leveraging GEN AI for analysis and documentation.
• Strong ability to conduct statistical analysis, interpret results, and apply diagnostic and predictive analytics to solve business problems.
• Understanding business objectives, the ability to translate data into business value, and skill in collaborating with stakeholders
• Ability to present data-backed stories and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
• Should have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, AWS Glue.
• Experience in Insurance domain and STAT Plan reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing existing integration processes and documenting the business logic across different systems.
• Understand the regulatory guidelines and define business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Understand the different system and arrive with source to target mapping.
• Utilize Generative AI to analyze existing systems, data, documents and integrations, and to generate documentation.
• Develop a Python script to perform data validation across various formats, including databases, JSON, and Parquet files.
• Using statistical methods to analyze datasets, identify key patterns and uncover insights and potential challenges.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand challenges.
• Develop analytical approaches and provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and inform decision-making.

Qualification:

• Somebody who has at least 10+ years of work experience has played Business Data Analyst role.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline.
• Education qualification: Any degree from a reputed college.
