Job Description :
Provide business support for the departments, including reconciliation of multiple accounts, procurement card, and travel card transactions. Create, maintain, and interpret regular and ad hoc budget and expense reports to support departmental decision-making. Responsible for ordering supplies, coordinating event catering, working with vendors, and processing purchase orders. Coordinate all travel-related functions, including preparing travel applications and vouchers for staff and program participants, and arranging reservations in accordance with university and grant policies. Process hiring documentation for departments and assist with onboarding and exit procedures. Support academic and departmental activities, including orientations, workshops, and special events.
