Job Role: Business Continuity Professional
Duration: 14+ months
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree required; certifications are preferred.Conduct application and infrastructure impact and risk assessments of enterprise-wide or very complex IT systems.Manage successful project delivery through disciplined project management processes.Demonstrate highly effective communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation skills are mandatory.Conduct comprehensive and strategic Application Impact Analysis (AIA) processes, templates, plans, and analysis.Analyze cost/benefit/ROI/TCO dimensions of proposed disaster recovery alternatives.Develop comprehensive and strategic business impact analysis (BIA) regarding disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP).Possess advanced knowledge of policies, practices, and systems in regard to Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, and Disaster Recovery.Exhibit strong technical, business, and project management skills.Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards.Develop new processes and approaches based on professional principles and theories.Be viewed as a functional expert in the field within KP.Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts.Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.Engage in both customer and internal IT-facing activities.Conduct high-quality and effective Application & Infrastructure impact/risk assessments through interviews, collaboration, workshops, and data analysis.Document functional requirements, develop application impact analysis (AIA), and identify and develop options and recommendations for customers to reach their business objectives.Preferred Skills:
